How often do you need you carpets cleaned?
The frequency of cleaning will vary from one household to another depending upon the number of occupants and level of usage, at a minimum, you should clean once a year.
Which method of cleaning do you use?
We use hot water extraction method using truck mounted cleaning system. This is the best and the most efficient carpet cleaning method.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes, as long as it’s not too heavy or too big.
How do I pay for a cleaning service?
You can pay either by cheque or cash.
Can you get all stains out of carpets?
No guarantee can be made that any particular stain will be removed. For example, if Tiddles widdles on the carpet, the stains do not always come out as it's an acid, but as with any spillage or stain, the sooner they are cleaned, the better the chances.
How long will it take my carpet to dry?
Drying time depends on some variables such as the thickness of pile and fibres, the weather conditions and the air circulation in your home. The normal drying time is from 4 to 6 hours.
Do you guarantee your work?
Customer satisfaction is our aim. If we have not fulfilled your expectations we will do our best to correct any problems.
What are your working hours?
We offer our services 7 days a week and we can even arrange special appointments, if necessary (evenings, holidays, etc.). Our goal is to provide you with reliable, professional carpet cleaning service when you need it.
Is there a risk of shrinkage?
If a carpet is properly installed, it is very rare that the cleaning process will cause it to shrink..
